Can an employer cancel my health insurance saying I didn't make him enough money in Dec.
Thank you for your question.

Unfortunately, health insurance is not an employee right, and an employer is under no obligation to provide it. Therefore, an employer may offer it or take it away at their choosing -they don't even have to give you a reason as to why they no longer will offer it. The exception would be if you had an employment contract or union agreement that guaranteed you the right to insurance (e.g., you were guaranteed coverage through December 2013, or for as long as you worked full time).
