Hello. My name is XXXXX XXXXX I will be happy to answer your question.

The deceased estate (assets left by the dead person) would be responsible for any outstanding credit card debt of the person who has passed away and if the estate does not have sufficient assets to cover the entire credit card debt, then the estate would only be responsible for the credit card debt up to the amount of all the assets held in the estate.

I wish you the best of luck!
