Thanks for your follow up here.If he refuses payment here then all you can do is document your efforts to pay.You may want to have a witness here or some other means to verify you offered to pay.Alternately you may decide to tell husband and pay here by check. That way you have proof of payment attempt and it ends the blackmail treat.I understand this is a potential problem with your husband but better it comes from you.
For your protection you really need proof of your offer of payment here. That way you can prove you have tried to resolve this.
What about money order
I understand that this is a problem with husband here but anytime there is a loan and they are threatening to involve the spouse maybe its better if you tell him and then try to resolve this by money order. That would work.Make copies of the money order and send it certified mail so you have record here.
I am so sorry that you are having to go through all of this.
The money order may be an option to try and resolve it.
I feel like hti is better for you than a cash payment and no record.
Thank you I will do money order certified I do have a witness also
That way you have a payment record.
I appreciate the chance to chat with you.
Good luck here.If you can leave a positive rating it is much appreciated.
