Is it legal to have "Adult Only" swim times at an overnight

This answer was rated:

Is it legal to have "Adult Only" swim times at an overnight campground or RV park?
Dear JACUSTOMER - If this is a private facility and you are on notice of the rules when you register this is a perfectly legal restriction. There are "over 55" communities and "adults only" areas on cruise ships and many other places that have this type of rule so there is nothing illegal with the rule. You could argue that you were not aware of the rule if it was not posted in the literature or when you checked in but under normal circumstances this is something that is at the discretion of the park ownership. It does not fall into the same protective class as discrimination based on race or religion so it is legal.
