Thank you for your follow-up, Peggy.You can always consider contacting the employer and requesting a copy of the document for yourself. I must warn you, however, that technically this document is the company's property and they do not have to share it with you. But if you state that you weren't provided with a copy and state that it was a violation under the terms of the agreement, the company may relent and allow you a copy of the agreement of the terms for your information.
