Can you can you be banned from a public youth baseball field?
Thank you for your question. Please permit me to assist you with your concerns.

To answer directly, even public venues have parties who manage who can enter (or not enter) the premises. Public fields are generally managed by the city, township, or the local municipality. That entity can indeed limit access to specific individuals or parties. That can be done verbally or done via a court order. This is is similar to how private entities can likewise bar access to their premises. Public fields are a bit different as they are generally supervised by the governmental entity, and they likewise would need an order denying someone the right to appear. Then if they do, it would be considered both a trespass and also a potential contempt of court order. But a custodian of the field can indeed deny access or bar entry.

Good luck.

But can the custodian would need to get a legal Order to have them banned from the field?
Garrett,

For a permanent ban, yes, an order would be needed. But for a specific ban (that is, a ban just for the day), the answer is 'no'. If, for example, someone is defacing the field, the custodian can tell them to leave and not return. That is a specific temporary ban and is permitted.

Good luck.
