No, you generally should not get a "warrant" out in your name for a civil suit, generally speaking. The caveat
is if the court orders you to answer interrogatories for your assets once/if the other side gets a judgment, and you do not answer and do not show up, then the court may issue a bench warrant - but that is IF you were personally served.
I do not know what you mean by "your company," but if the suit is against you, you are responsible.
Moving back to India will essentially stop the matter because the attorney would not even know where you went, would not be able to find you to sue you, would not be able to find your assets (if any), and enforcing a judgment in India is near to impossible.
