I was pulled over for supposedly not obeying a left turn traffic light, then accused of driving under the influence. The officer was belligerent, disrespectful, and aggressive so I said I want a blgood test, not a subjective test administered by the Officer. They arrested me, placing me in handcuffs in public, put me in the back of a police cruiser and drove me to the police station. After a brief stay in the hosting cell a breathalyzer text was administered. I scored zero. This officer should be fired forhumiliating a professional who pays his wages! Do I have grounds for a legal action?

Is it mandatory that the police department provide these documents - copies of the arrest report, video of your stop (if it exists) and copies of the radio broadcast related to your stop.

I rated your information good. There was no DUI as I tested zero. It sounds like a complaint about the officer who gave me two tickets for a left turn!
