CAN A U.S. CITIZEN USE MONIES $600,000. TO PURCHASE A HOUSE IN SOUTH AMERICA?
Hi,

Thank you for your question.

Unless you have a visa allowing residency in Peru, you will need to go through a special procedure with a Peruvian lawyer to obtain the right to purchase a property in Peru. You will also be required to obtain a work visa from Peruvian Immigration before they will allow you to purchase a business there.

Please let me know if you have further questions. Please also remember to rate my answer positively so that I am compensated for my work on your question by the website.

Best Regards,
ZDN
