T-mobile has cancelled my account with them for no reason without any noticed and sent my account to risk assessment at Washington DC. I can get no information about my account. I always paid my phone bill on time and been a customers for many year. Can I do something about this with a lawyer?

Hi,

Thank you for your question. This is certainly a strange scenario.

You've contacted T-mobile and they are refusing to provide you with any information as to why they have shut down your account?

Based on what you've said, you can hire a lawyer to sue T-mobile for breach of contract and deceptive trade practices.

Please let me know if you require further information.

So what type of lawyer would i need?

You need a consumer protection lawyer. The easiest way to find one is to simply google "consumer protection lawyer _______(name of your city)"

This should pull up the websites of law firms that practice consumer protection law in your local area.

Good Luck,
