Good morning. Unless your lease has a specific provision that it terminates in the even of a sale, it does not. The new owner must take ownership subject to your lease and cannot unilaterally force you to move. If the new owner wants you out, he's going to have to pay you enough for you to voluntarily agree to terminate your lease early.
