You need to prove you are being treated differently than any of the other supervisors and the reason is solely because of your sex. If they are doing things to you that they are not doing to the male supervisors or if you are the only supervisor they treat in the manner you are being treated, then this is the type of evidence you need to bring to the EEOC for their investigation so you can get your right to sue letter.
