surgeon placed breast implant upside down and left pockets to large so implants shifted to under arms and caved in leaving disfigurement.
Hello and welcome,I am very sorry this has occurred to you.Yes, in addition to the medical review board, it would typically be best to retain a local personal injury attorney to represent you in seeking compensation for the error from the surgeon, based on a medical malpractice theory of law.In fact, I would look for a personal injury attorney and request a referral from them to an attorney who can represent you in front of the medical review board, if the attorney cannot do both.PI attorneys normally work on a contingency fee basis, so there should not be a fee unless they prevail on your behalf.

Can't find attorney in area to represent me. I have conntacted several with no response. The time is running out what do i do if i still do not have an attorney?
If you are in a more rural area, I would suggest looking in a more urban area for an attorney. This should be a case a PI or medical malpractice attorney is willing to take since it appears obvious that negligence was involved.
