Nothing, also I am a recreational shooter at our local gun club, but would like to carry this with me on camping and fishing excursions on occasion.
Thank you for posting your question to JA/Pearl. Legal questions often take time for research or I may be offline so please be patient, I will reply. Here is the voluntary registration formhttp://ag.ca.gov/firearms/forms/pdf/volreg.pdfHere is the law and information on obtaining a permit to carry in Californiahttp://www.calguns.net/calgunforum/showthread.php?t=388997If you want to carry it with you, get a permit.
So, By not filing a "voluntary registration form", I'm not violating any law by just possession ( in my home), but if transporting on my person or my privately owned vehicle (automobile) I need to apply for a "CCW" or "LTC", Correct?
That is correct
