I got a lawyer and we were at the judge office to sign and have it expunge. After my lawyer talk to ever on the other side of the phone line when the judge gave him the phone. My lawyer told me he would get back with me and he did, gave me my money back and said he could not help me. It was a Class A charge. What was it ? A scratch to the right side of my ex neck with my finger nail.
Optional Information: Country relating to Question: United States State (if USA): Texas Already Tried: I have got a lawyer to have it expunged. And wrote the Governor of Texas ask for a Pardon to clear my record. The Governor said he could not grant a full pardon without a favorable recommendation from the Texas Board of Pardons and Paroles.
Is there a specific question I could assist you with?
It can be expunge right
Not right now. Deferred adjudications in Texas cannot be expunged unless you are first granted a pardon. The only things that can be expunged in Texas without a pardon are dismissals and not guilty verdicts. If you would like any additional information or have more questions please don’t hesitate to ask but please do so my clicking on the Reply to Expert tab.We work for Positive Ratings, please click on one of the top three ratings or one of the Smile Faces, as this would be appreciated.
