An investigator from the medical board of California came into my house on false pretexts and though i asked him not to take any pictures of me, nor of my house, I told him it was ok to take pictures of individual items I used.
I recently got my evidence, and I am appalled to see that he used some type of lens where my entire under constuction apartment was photographed.

The really disgusting part is that he took pictures of me half-clothed. My breasts and nipples are prominent in three pictures, belly button visible, horrible bleach stained pajamas, etc. He had surprised me at home when I was very sick. then he took a tape recorded statement and used all this stuff to try to prove I was crazy.

What in hell is going on?

I had to personally go to John Rittmayer, the Dag assigned to my case to get my evidence, because the law abiding entity known as the Medical Board of California refused to release it to me when I had a lawyer. The lawyer lied and said he had no correspondence from the board but in fact, he did. So I fired him which made him really upset for some reason. Now I'm pro per but I am not planning on being proper too long.

Can I ask you why an investigator from the Medical Board is visiting you at home? I understand from your earlier questions that you are a psychiatrist and you may have some issues with the FBI and others -- are the agencies like the FBI trying to get your medical license repealed? A brief summary might help me to give you a more in depth answer here.

Finally, when the recording was made, did you give your consent to the recording (either in writing or at the beginning of the tape)?

I had an assistant whose wife had said she was a psychiatrist from Russia. I treated her like a colleague for about two years and wrote her meds. I often take care of other colleagues and referrals from law enforcement types. And so do all my other legitimate psychiatric colleagues.

I also helped this woman psychiatrists' husband out when he wanted to leave his job and sent him to Cedars- Sinai for "depression". When he came out, I thought he had follow-up but he named me as his follow-up. I was very busy in my practice and distracted and he said he was an English teacher. I looked him up. I found out much later that he worked in the FBI WTC offices in Long Beach. So , I hired him when he left his job. The relationship became more that friends a few months into his being my assistant but since he was married, it wasn't going anywhere for me, at least. So he told me that his wife was a "reformed lesbian" and was leaving him! The relationship became more serious and he needed a car, so I gave him a down payment and signed the loan.

His demeanor changed so fast after he got the car that it did not even seem like I had ever known this guy.

Around Mothers' Day, I was getting poorer, was sick, (had palate cancer in the past) and so have allergies and sinusitis all chronically.

Then I had some angry exchanges with him and his wife over getting my down payment(3k) back for the car, which he drove and was in possession of. I had also given this couple one of my sweet little Persian cats.

At 2 am right after those angry texts, i got a text from his wife that said "The Miata is in the garage and the cat is outside your door". I saw the text by pure luck, looked outside my apartment door and there was a totally sealed box with no air holes in it. Panicking about the cat, I couldn't believe it when a hypoxic kitty tumbled out of the box. I forgot about the car, took care of the cat, was scared because this russian woman had threatened me on the phone, or was it the husband?? So I did some internet research them. She called herself an MD on a doctor website. Her social security number was a dead one from some "railroad workers' database", her real number not to be found and she had an ad online on Westside Rentals saying she was a lesbian and an "MD studying for the Boards". This gives people the false impression that she is a legit MD but all I saw was a lying psychopath. Her husband had all my patient data, almost 300 patients' worth so I panicked and called LAPD because he wouldn't return the phone I gave him and had everyone's info. I called LAPD, here there and everywhere but got stuck calling the medical Board because I thought they had to be able to give me some guidance.

I have ADHD and when I'm hysterical , it gets worse. The medical board immediately treated me like a criminal for prescribing to "your friends". I argued back with them and told them I did not turn into an automatic moron just because a friends asks me for meds. The woman from the board was not too concerned. I was even more lost now, completely alone and needed to report my patients info stolen. So I sent all patients an email and waited for someone from the Medical Board to call me or whatever. A week went by with nothing, I called them again, spoke to the same woman who was condescending, said "you're funny" to me at one point and said "what do you want us to do for you. By now, I had received a demand letter from the Russian "MD" and her husbands' lawyer for damages, lawsuit. I told this to the board. I was so ill with sinusitis then that I got dizzy when I got up. I asked the board to send me an investigator.

Things went to hell when that fool showed up, treated me like I was crazy, I was feverish and miserable and he kept wanting to take pictures of my house. I'm from Pakistan, so you can imagine the kind of pariah I've become since I worked for the FBI, and I had no friends to talk to. The investigator Jon Genens has apparently entrapped people before. I was alone, seeing very few patients, no money to fix or clean up after my house or cats, or myself. I asked him to freeze my license. He said not possible. The next few months were Armageddon, my CT scan was positive for a horrible sinus infection at the time of my "interview", i specifically ordered(not asked ) this man to not take pictures of me or the clutter. He somehow conned me into taking the pictures. Then I got sent to their "mental experts", one of whom diagnosed me a "danger to public safety" without even meeting me. I was trying to get an MRI of my head to see if the cancer had returned but couldn't afford the 800$ copay. After a huge, long drama of a year, I had to fire my malpractice lawyer. He lied to me and said he had no communication in writing for the Board. After I fired him, I kept getting more "tell us about your sex life" letters from the idiot Jon Genens, and got fed up and called the DAG, Mr. Rittmayer myself. Turned out the Board was not releasing my evidence!!!!

Luckily, I asked Mr. Rittmayer for my evidence and found out that the Board can refuse to release it, but he can not!

When the investigator first came to my house, I told him the FBI part as part of my work history because he asked. But since all mental patients say that sort of stuff, i asked him to verify my employment with the FBI. For a week, I tried to get a hold of someone in the FBI but the Language Division refused to verify my employment, which was weird because the DOJ ran both, i thought. After a miserable week, someone verified my employment by fax to the Medical Board. All this time, I was asking Genens, who likes to strut around with a gun, almost daily, by phone and emails and he kept saying he had not contacted the FBI.

The other day I got my evidence, which says that upon getting my first phone call about a scamming doctor, lost charts, stolen info, the listener, Susan Cady had decided I was nuts. But this was "kept from Dr. Siddiqui"!!!

I also found out that genens had called the FBI as soon "as he left your house"! So was someone playing with my head or had the FBI sent this Genens creature. I looked him up, by then he went to my vet and terrorized her staff because I have 16 cats and the staff came three x a week and the vet came for mass immunizations. He kept asking my vet and her little girl helpers who took care of my cats if I was "weird". By now I was thoroughly confused. My own malpractice lawyer treated me like an errant child and I got sued by three people in total, the Russian "MD" and her "my assistant" husband and another patient. The third patient was represented by the same lawyer for the first two. The Russian woman had phished my patients on Yelp to join in a lawsuit and a couple of sharp patients wrote to me almost immediately about being phished and I have to give Yelp credit for removing her solicitations in a very timely manner.

I have all the evidence from the Board so I can show it to anyone who wants to see it. The kicker in all of this is that I had a carpentry related injury to my right lateral eyebrow late 2010. It gave me a countercoup headache three days after I got hit. So, headaches and misery had become worse and i would substitute the same sounding word with an unrelated one quite a lot. So I figured it's a concussion, no big deal but time to hire an assistant and the Medical Board knew this. I forgot our Presidents' name and thought it was Joe. I say "constitution" for "constellation", I called my friend "Dustin", "dentist" tonight. But I know what I'm doing. My short term memory was terrible at the time this investigator etc. got involved. Whatever confusion I had was intensified and I got worried that the FBI did not trust me and had me under surveillance. Since I'm a workaholic, there was nothing to worry about because I would have put me under surveillance after this fiasco too.

But I have been declared " Manic depressive with psychotic features" by the Boards' hired hack who is a good psychiatrist. Though he saw me for two hours, he gave me every personality disorder there is. My cancer sequelae were mentioned but not the chronic headaches, pain and I was not allowed to surrender my license until I admitted prima facie to the Boards numerous charges, but all charges will be true at the time of looking for re-licensure(WTF???)So, being very obstinate, I refused to sign anything. My memory is getting better. No one better touch my cats and the Board has made the most ridiculous list of charges against me. These charges are public information. In order to avoid the negative publicity, I would have had to surrender my license and be on "probation".

Since I have a policy of not lying much at all and being able to say "sorry" when i f**k up, I refuse to sign something admitting to prima facie this today, something else tomorrow, etc

So i've taken a stance, I've figured out the shills sent to my house by the board for the most part, emails redirected by tell-tale headers with patients begging me for medication they know not to beg for e.g. "eye is red, call you call in whatsamycin?"

then I ran into two government agents who came over to question me about some non-related stuff, who were also plants. I know because I let them talk their asses off and did the same and these interesting little specific bits showed up in the medical board's genens report and in the documents sent by the triple suing lawyer Joseph George!!!!

Gave no consent to photographs. Genens left by saying they would suspend my license if I did not submit to a "voluntary interview" by their psychiatrist. I tried to get a free MRI for my head but guess what, He said "No, we only pay for psychiatric evaluations". Then he refused to get me a cab, "we don't pay for those". When I finally made it to HIS shrink, they complained that I drove for five minutes and got lost anyways!
I really don't think the Medical Board like sick people. See Hason vs. MBC 2003. There is no official restriction on my ability to drive.... Oy, I wish I was making this up.....

Yes Mary, sorry for the cut off message. I couldn't turn off the underlining. I did consent to the interview but I was not told the reason was that I was under suspicion. That's why the multiple pictures of a half-clothed me confused me so much. I had asked for an investigator because I had a couple of accidents while driving after my head injury and did not want to drive.

The guy genens did not make me suspicious at first but I would have said I was Saddam Hussein if some gun going dummy was let into my house by me. I guess I was surely a bigger dummy than Jon Genens but I'm not now. :)))) Since my day, night schedule have been off since childhood, I often work till 4 am, paperwork, whatever. You should see what I'm being accused of. Also. the worst part is that they named my really personal huge issue patients in their report by first and last name!!!! So if I go to court, that becomes a part of the record!!!
At least the nut job Gestapo had the courtesy to clatter in looking like they wanted to kill you. This Medical Board funded by whom, what , where cares shit about it's patients but seems to thrive on the "percentage of psychopath doctors we caught".
And I though Pakistan was lawless. This sounds like a joke but all my delirious musings on my polygraphs by the feds are out if I try to defend myself.
Lawyers treat me like a leper. But no new obvious shill emails and I even have the LAPD on this. I had no idea the Medical Board claims immunity. Only as a group though, not individually, which is why the other side, who is negotiating with me through the DAG wants to stay anonymous. Funny. Give me a few days.
