It is extremely unlikely that you would be arrested for this. Maybe if you had bought a lot more and they thought you were selling them or if you had made large purchased of Oxycontin or Vicodin, but not for that drug in those quantities.

However, you did the exact right thing, let your lawyer handle it and don't talk to them without your lawyer under any circumstances.
