met a girl, started a relationship she was getting a divorce, turns out she had a fiance as well as me.
created an email address to inform current husband. is it harrassment of her to tell her husband.
she is military he is civilian

It would not be harassment since it is the truth, especially if it was only a one time contact. However, in situations like this it is usually the better choice to "chalk it up to experience" and let it go.
the husband asked for further information provided what i knew to be true and factual. no further contact will be initiated to either husband or girl
I understand but most attorneys would recommend that you simply stay out of it even if it is true. It would not be considered harassment.
