My Dad died 6 years ago...My Mom had died years before him..He remarried....Of coarse she got everything but recently talking to my Aunt she asked who got my Dada pension because it wasnt his recent wife..What do we have to do to find out who got his pension

The only way you could find out is by getting a court order. If the estate went through probate you may be able to get some clues from the court file. Especially if no beneficiary was designated.
I understand this is not the answer you were hoping for, but the pension administrator is not allowed to give out information to an unauthorized party. If no beneficiary was specified it would be paid out to the estate and that is why you may be able to find information in the court file.Otherwise, there is no obligation for anyone to give you that information that only the beneficiary of the pension is entitled to. It is like a bank account.
