If you file a Counterclaim, then there is a minimum fee of $295.00 involved. You cannot represent the LLC in court. LLC's, like corporations, must be represented by licensed attorneys. If your LLC is the subject of the lawsuit, you must retain an attorney to defend it. Please remember to only rate my answer when you are 100% satisfied.
