Is there a fee to file an Answer to a Summons in a civil lawsuit in Florida and if yes how much? Also, if I am answering Pro Se can I do so for my LLC as the managing memeber or as the President?

If you file a Counterclaim, then there is a minimum fee of $295.00 involved. You cannot represent the LLC in court. LLC's, like corporations, must be represented by licensed attorneys.
