I have a banking problem. The bank made some mistake on May 23, I have an e-mail stating "my check was read incorrectly by the system on May 24 and never cleared my account. On June 28 they put a check through for the same amount in the AM then in the pm they had changed the number of the check from 3183 to the May check number of 3143. And had my account over drawn $2,486.76. I have e-mailed them about this change and I need to know if I should call the banking commission or what type of attorney to contact. I am getting no where with the bank. My e-mail XXXXX@XXXXXX.XXX. I live in cheterfield, NH. Thanks !! Nita
