I had a breast augmentation by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, they are rupturing as one is now smaller than the other. I am planning to see the physician as soon as I can. In the mean time I will have to miss work and have another surgery which I feel is unacceptable after only 2 years and nine months of having the last surgery. Please let me know what I can do as I do not have the money for this and I believe this is a terrible thing to have to do so early after the last surgery.Thank you,J. doumas

You need to get to a doctor immediately, since you need to 1) have them removed and 2) have them examined to determine where the liabilty is (the doctor who put them in or the manufacturer). Chances are it will be the manufacturer and you will have to sue them for product liability for which they are strictly liable and will have to pay all of your damages including pain and suffering and lost wages and the cost of all of the surgeries. Once you determine it was a defect then you need a local product liability attorney to file a claim against the manufacturer for all of your damages and the attorneys take these cases on a contingency fee basis. However, you really have to have a medical examination first to know which way you have to proceed legally.
