I conveyed my mineral rights to my three children in February 2006. Since then I have decided to remove one of the children from that conceyance. Do I write an addendum stating the removal of the person, have notarized and rerecord it at the courthouse, or what would be the best route to take?Thank you,BenestinaMartinez
