Hi, I'm living for 9 months in this apartments, and the lease is in my name. Now I have two roommates and told for them to leave until 31 july, because doesn't working to live together. They don't clean, took my thinks and didn't ask me about. But they don't wanna leave. My questions:1. what Can I do if they didn't leave until this date;2. I'm not american, My visa expired and they are american. I would like to know if this have any problem for me. 3. If I need to do any letter or notice telling them to leave until this date.4. How many days I need give for them leave?Thanks
