First, your time starts running from the date you are served, not when the case was filed.

Next, your first step after you are served in a divorce is filing an Answer. You can go to the clerk of court's office and get a copy of one filed by a lawyer and use it as a guide but you still have plenty of time to hire a lawyer, which is what you need to do unless you are agreed on everything. If the other side has a lawyer then you should definitely get one too, even if you agree.
