If I have a misdemeanor in my record for 1,500 dls Theft, did my probation and even had early termination about 5 yrs ago, can I become a Foster Parent now?

A misdemeanor theft arrest is not automatic grounds to deny someone being a foster parent, but it is something that they will consider when approving you. The law does not prohibit approval with a misdemeanor arrest and if you prove you were released early from probation and get some letters and support from your probation officer who let you off early, then you can be approved.
