my son is already enrolded at abilene christian colloge to study biblical and worship ministries. we whave applied for additional funds along with his scholarships and we are getting turned down because of credit score. i have works to repair my credit score, but that could take months, any help would be great

I am afraid that if you cannot get the Loan on your own and your son cannot qualify, then you would need to find another co-signer for his student loans to help you out. The student loan programs, both subsidized and unsubsidized are a bit more lenient with co-signers and students (Such as Sallie Mae or one of the government student loan programs). Unfortunately, that is going to be your only real recourse.
