my air conditioner kept breaking down the last two times they told me they knew that there was a part that needed to be fixed but they havent had time to fix it, so they just kept "charging" it. Meanwhile my air conditioning just kept running my electric bill up to double the normal. It has been 100 degrees or more in Nashville for the past week or two is there any thing I can do to make them pay for part of my electric bill or at the least fix my AC unit?

The way to get there beyond complaint is to pursue outside avenues. Small claims court is a good option. Avoids lawyer fees. Complaint to the bbb and attorney general office are also effective but less fast than small claims courtIf you paid them by credit card can contest the charge on your cardGood luck and happy 4th
