This is evidence that you are not dealing with a legitimate timeshare broker. Timeshare sales has seen many con artists as of late. Usually they will cold call you and tell you they have a buyer. Then they will make up some sort of tax, transfer fee, Escrow fee, etc., that must be paid up front. A legitimate timeshare broker will NEVER ask for upfront fees.Whatever you choose to do, do not send that fee.
