does Flordia laws required a fee up front from time share owner trying to sell and company has called saying they have a buyer but wants money up front for title and taxes

have been talking to company as to why they can't take money from the sellof the time share to pay the title and taxes.

This is evidence that you are not dealing with a legitimate timeshare broker. Timeshare sales has seen many con artists as of late. Usually they will cold call you and tell you they have a buyer. Then they will make up some sort of tax, transfer fee, Escrow fee, etc., that must be paid up front. A legitimate timeshare broker will NEVER ask for upfront fees.Whatever you choose to do, do not send that fee. This is an effort to scam you out of that amount of money.Please remember to only rate my answer when you are 100% satisfied.
