Thanks for the excellent answer (as always). Small Claims court

Resolved Question:

Thanks for the excellent answer (as always). Small Claims court is easy for me to do myself, and I always have things to read and write. I want them to move me free soon, and I hope the threat of everything you mentioned, plus my telling everyone in London Terrace, their biggest customer, will do it. Is it too late to file a police report for the missing Dilauded and the other things? the move was 25 days ago.

Hello Mike,

Thank you for your new question.

It is not too late to file a police report. There is no limit to when a police report may be filed. In fact, it may be in your best interest to do so since your pills are now likely out on the street.

Let me know what you think

Great. Did you get the article I sent you as a test? It is called "Understanding, Dealing with and Disciplining Adolescents and Many Preadolescents, always extremely highly praised and a number of Guidance Counselors and School Psychologists have told me that they have incorporated some of my suggestions into their work with adolescents"

PS. Here might be a big chance to earn some points in heaven. I am soon going to tell Andy that the disclaimer is totally inadequate. A crying mother whose son attempted suicide when she followed advice will say that she couldn't read the tiny print through her tears and there were many words she did not understand. The required reading level is way to high, the print much too small and it is too long. The disclaimer for vets is half the size. A good lawyer could tear that disclaimer apart even more than I can, and a lot of judges I bet will be very sympathetic to a crying mother. And remember that everyone worries about fraudulent, inadequately trained "experts" (remember the Dolly Parton movie where she passes off as a Psychologist and answers questions by phone for the radio station show.

So consider rewriting it. I'll be glad to help from my perspective, like I just did, and together we just might impress the hell out of Andy, especially when I make clear to him why he is much more at risk for huge lawsuits and/or media exposes than he realizes.

No I did not. I would have said thank you.
