With regard to your post and clarifications:

Ah, I understand. OK, no, $750 is not unheard of, and is actually on the low end for the cost of the Motion, as it typically entails more than 3 hours to prepare, file and sit in court on. I have seen orders for Attorneys Fees against the party causing the need for the motion into the Thousands!
