Hello and thank you for the opportunity to assist you. There may be a slight delay between your follow ups and my replies as I am typing out my answer. Please remember that this is general information only, not legal advice, and no attorney-client relationship is formed.I am very sorry for your situation. First, call a bail bondsman in the county where the DUI is in. Ask them is the warrant may be quashed by payment and a court date set (likely not). If not, then you can find out what the bond amount is and self-surrender, with everything in place and the bail bondman to be able to bond you out as soon as you self-surrender. If so, then you may be back out in about 24 hours at the most. However, I am afraid if there is an issue, you may not make it to the flight on time, so everything has to go smoothly. Talk to the bail bondman in the county and get a time estimate as to when you would be able to bond out with a court date after turning yourself in. Normally, it is a minimum of 24 hours, but since this is a week with a federal holiday in the middle, things may be backed up.While the legal system tries to be inclusive of every possibility, sometimes people have limited avenues to seek relief.
