I am the treasurer of a small Homeowners Assoc. Approx. 85-90 residents). We have a HMA fee of $75,00 to landscape the entrance and any other community-wide maintainence that needs to be done. Approximately 60% of the residents pay and 40% don't. We have no way to enforce it. We usually put out a newslatter after in the Spring listing all of the names of the people who have paid. This usually results in a few more people paying. Here's my question: Can we legally print up a letter listing the names of all the people who did not pay?

Welcome and thank you for your question! The answer to your question is: yes, such a list can be printed and published.
