Hello, I will be happy to assist you with your question. Please note that I cannot provide legal advice – I can only give you information concerning the legal issues raised by your question. Upon confirmation, the court will enter a judgment, which you can then enforce just like any other judgment (levy against non-exempt assets, liens against property, etc.):“682.15 Judgment or decree on award.-Upon the granting of an order confirming, modifying or correcting an award, judgment or decree shall be entered in conformity therewith and be enforced as any other judgment or decree. Costs of the application and of the proceedings subsequent thereto, and disbursements may be awarded by the court.”http://www.flsenate.gov/Laws/Statutes/2011/682.15
As noted above, if you need clarification, please do let me know. And, again, I DO NOT receive credit for my work until you rate my answer as “OK service” or higher.
