Now that I have been informed by my ex girlfriend via text message that she has in fact moved out, i informed her that I am in the process of packing her things and that I think it would be a good idea for her to formulate a list. She also stated she wanted to discuss the liquidation of our assets. I haven't given her a 30 day notice and neither has she given me a 30 day notice. I would rather her just not enter the property for her stuff, and I won't demand another month of rent due to no written notice given. Can I just pack her stuff and set a date of when she can pick up her things that will be outside of my house at a certain time. Mainly I do not want her entering the home.
Optional Information: Country relating to Question: United States State (if USA): California Already Tried: I have informed her that I am packing her stuff of which I have done so very carefully.
