I am being ignored I have sent certified with return receipt

Resolved Question:

I am being ignored I have sent certified with return receipt and they refuse to sign and will not answer my phone calls so I guess I will look for an attorney. He paid no premimums out of his check it was strictly a "freebie" as a benefit package, and even the day he passed the compaany gave me the policy number, phone number and name of company. I have a benefit book issued to employees but no policy. So you are telling me I will have to open a law suit, but I am due it?

Wow. Yes, you are gonna have to file a suit it would seem but you are due and owed. If you hire an attorney, make sure they send a demand letter first. You will then have to file suit. Be sure to provide to your attorney your certified letter. This is solid evidence of your efforts and their denial.
