If you did not have any lien on it and your bank account holder agreement does not give them permission to seize the vehicle for a delinquent business account, then they have improperly repossessed the vehicle without any court order or lien. You need to get the copy of your account agreement as well as a copy of any loan agreement to seek exactly the provisions they violated and you would have to sue them for illegally impairing your property in this manner. Unless you have signed a waiver agreeing they could repossess your car for the business account delinquency, they needed a lien or a judgment of the court to do so.
