We purchased a TV from Best Buy in 2009 to be delivered when basement was finished. My husband was laid off and we did not finish the basement and in July thru October told Best Buys Geek Squad to hold TV for later installation date. Over a year ago we tried to get our TV delivered; still do not have a finished basement, and Best Buy says it was already delivered. They can not provide us with a signed document that it was delivered. We do not have the TV we paid for and they continue to say they already delivered. I need advise

If you have proof you paid for the TV and they have never delivered it, then they are in breach of contract and if they will not refund your money or provide you a comparable TV, then you would have to file suit against them in small claims court for breach of contract. If they are not dealing with you after calling them, then I am afraid your next step is to go to small claims and file your suit.
