Education and government Code in the State of California that governs the prohibition of Harassment
Title V of the California Government Code does not concern itself with discrimination, harassment or retaliation. There is no Title V of the California Education Code. However, I believe that you may be referring to Govt. Code Sections 11135-11139.7 and Education Code Sections 220-221.1, 66270-66271.1, and 66290-66290.4 (procedures).Hope this helps.
