what is legal time to get dental recoeds when i asked the day of visit i recieved my recoeds 7 weeks later after asking once a week. when i did finally receive them there were numerous errrors

This obligation exists whether or not the patient's account is paid in full."If your dentist did not provide the information in a timely manner, you can file a complaint with your state board.
