Response: I am not sure that your question is phrased correctly. Kindly review, correct and resubmit. This is how a proposal usually works: The contractor sends the homeowner of the work that needs to be done. The owner reviews the propospal and signs it to get the work started. However, the homeowner can change her mind before the work starts even if the homeowner has signed the proposal.
What I'm asking you is if the contracter did not sign the contract is the contract valid?
Thank you for your quick response:
Response: No, the contract is not valid. The contract must be signed in order to be valid. There is no contract when the contract is not signed by ALL the parties to the contract.
