I own a fun website and I send out free newsletters.To have some excitement for myself and my members I would like to play the lottery ($100) every week and should I win I would like to share the wins with my members as followed: - 25% for my website to keep- 25% give away to cherries- 15% spend for a big party - 35% will be shared equally with membersMy question:what do I need to do make sure that the whole thing is credible and avoid problems – before I start-

As long as none of your customers are putting up anything of value in order to receive their share of this and it is not a contest, it would not be considered illegal gambling. From your description, you would be playing the lottery and merely dividing your winnings as you described, which is not illegal gambling, it is division of your legal winnings.
