Irepresent Shaolin Temple USA ("Shaolin Temple") which hereby demandsthat you immediately ceaseand desist the operation of Shaolin Cultural Association, Inc ("SCA"). You have opened SCA in violation of your dutiesofloyalties to Shaolin Templeas you formulatedplan, took steps and opened a competing businessusing trade secretsand proprietary informationof Shaolin Temple.
