i got served a civil TRO on may 2 the allegly incident happended in jan 26 2012 and they keep saying i show up to there house and harrase them i didnt know were they lived till april 27 when i served them small claims papers for a pending case with her and my gf they filed the TRO on april 30 they say i keep showing up at there house demanding money no police reports have ever been filed and they also say i keep hassasing them on the phone all my phone records do not have there number on them from the past year i subpoenaed the manager and assst manager of the olive garden as they both have no knowledge of the situation as there were also no police report will the judge uphold a permanet RO

no neither me nor them have a lawyer i have all my facts and a video on my cell phone of them at me residence on may 2 kinda odd they stated they are so threatended of me but timing is everything as i have a video of them at my residence
