I parked in a handicap parking space at taco bell that is no longer in buisness. can i fight this ticket since the place of buisness is no longer open.

I certainly understand your concern. However, you could not use that as a defense to fight the citation. Somebody who is handicap may have needed that spot to gain access to other stores/buildings in the area, as it could have provided easier access to a ramp and sidewalk. The fact that a business is closed for the day or out of business, is not a defense. Moreover, if the Taco Bell was closed, there were likely other spots to park in.
