One would typically contact the charity in mind and offered to donate the timeshare by signing a quitclaim deed which would transfer ownership of the property interests normally.

It is critical that the charity be willing to accept ownership of the timeshare since "acceptance" of ownership is a required element in transferring ownership of a property.
