The next step is that your internet service provider will be subpoenaed by the plaintiff to obtain your actual identity, then a judicial complaint (lawsuit) will be modified to add you as a named defendant, and then you will be served with a summons and complaint, which you must answer or move to dismiss. Otherwise, a default judgment will be taken against you and the creditor will then attempt to collect the judgment against your nonexempt assets.Hope this helps.
