Unfortunately, the intention of these trusts if to keep the provisions hidden from the public. You will likely not find it registered anywhere. It would generally only be available based on you having a copy or finding the lawyer that drafted the trust.

You may check with any insurance company or investment company that has assets titled in the name of the trust. They may have required a copy and they would generally keep an electronic copy if they did keep a copy.
