Hello and thank you for the question. I am sorry to read of this dilemma.
what outcome are you seeking?
services if any to provide restitution from those who have abused me in my past. Thank you - sincerely XXXXX X. Hubbard XXX-XX-XXXX (XXX) XXX-XXXX
Have you considered a civil lawsuit?
how long ago did this happen?
Generally a claim would be pursued using a lawyer on contingency fee basis
the contingency rate is normally 1/3
martindale.com is an excellent resource
If i can clarify anything, please ask me
I have to start somewhere.., don't belive anyone would un-renge in helping me and as far as contingency fees goes, I don't have any money to front to at least begin: health care home, board and care home, fast food and other that may apply. Maybe from 2007 on; I might be incorrect though I believe a contingency type claim is not allowed to exceed 1/12 of the retribution manifested. You now knowing more information might lead you to become more assistive rather than just suggesting.., though it is helpfull and I am thankfull I am not intending to be rude; I would like to recieve as supportive help as I can! Thank you - sincerely, David B. Hubbard XXX-XX-XXXX (XXX) XXX-XXXX
Site rules do not permit us to represent customers
which is why I was suggesting a contingency arrangement
through local counsel
depending on the damages incurred, a local lawyer would pursue it on that basis
There is also the issue of the statute of limitations
if the claim arose in 2007
which makes it a harder case to proceed with.
Personal injury related claims have a 2 year SOL in CA
I am sorry to be bearer of discouraging news
but my role is to provide accurate information for you to use in seeking further action from here on
I hope you understand
If I can clarify anything please ask me
otherwise, kindly click accept for the answer.
suggesting a contingency arrangement.., martindale.com???
That is a directory
considered the top rated containing highly marked lawyers
and you can find a local contingency fee based lawyer to pursue the claim,
possibly negotiating a settlement out of court
what is the general monatary relief amount?
The damages will need to be determined
easier if you can quantify them by showing financial loss
such as out of pocket expenses, lost income, actual financial damages
I hope the answer is clear and fast
it reads here.., "ask a lawyer" so what is the retribution monatary relief amount for paying to share personal information with a hoax internet lawyer: I can check the amount through the bank. Like I said, I am thankful for the suggestion though I believe i paid to consult a lawyer who could help. Lawyer refeering me to a Lawyer??? Thank you - sincerely XXXXX X.
