RCW 2.36.170
Failure of juror to appear — Penalty.

A person summoned for jury service who intentionally fails to appear as directed shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
Customer: replied 4 years ago.
I already aware of that! What happens if you do not appear?
Expert:  Loren replied 4 years ago.
I have no idea what you know or do not know. The penalty for a misdemeanor is 364 days in jail and $1000 fine. If you are summoned for jury duty and do not respond that is the statute you could be charged under. Whether they choose to prosecute is a roll of the dice.
